Products

We offer a variety of options for our customers when it comes to our products. We currently work with two local lockers Dayton Meat Products in Malcom, and Sully Locker in Sully who process all of our beef and lamb. We have an assortment of sticks and jerky, individual cuts that include steaks, roasts, ground beef, all beef hot dogs, BBQ beef, ground lamb, lamb chops and leg of lamb. We also offer custom orders of quarters, halves and wholes for beef and whole lamb.
